1. Overview
All LabGrownPro jewellery is crafted in our partner workshops in Panyu, Guangzhou, China under the quality supervision of Tianjin Aomi Shuzhi Technology Co., Ltd. Orders are fulfilled via international express courier to your delivery address.

5. Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch. You can track your parcel at:

- Live status updates via your LabGrownPro account
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
6.1 For Australian customers: GST (10%) is included in all displayed prices. No additional import duties apply for orders under AUD 1,000. Orders over AUD 1,000 may incur customs assessment at the discretion of the Australian Border Force.
6.2 For international customers: The order price excludes your country's import duties, GST/VAT, and local taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility and will be collected by the courier or customs authority prior to delivery.
6.3 We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
7. Delivery Responsibility
7.1 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery and signature confirmation.
7.2 If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will initiate a claim with the courier. A replacement or full refund will be provided upon claim resolution (typically 7-21 days).
7.3 If a delivery is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
7.4 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for orders over AUD 2,000 (signature and ID verification required).
8. Order Modifications
8.1 Address changes can be made within 12 hours of order placement by contacting hello@labgrownpro.com.
8.2 Once an order has entered production, modifications are not possible.
